Puspanathan Sellam is a seasoned legal professional with an LLB (Hons) from the University of London and an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 1994. He has held significant positions including Past Chairman of the Negeri Sembilan Bar Council and roles within the Malaysian Bar Council, contributing notably to law care, migration, and refugee affairs. His experience and dedication make him a respected figure in the Malaysian legal community.
